Requests submitted through the message form or by e-mail are generally answered the same business day, or at the latest by the following business day depending on workload. How is the initial consultation conducted?
The initial consultation is held to obtain a summary of your matter and to draw up a general legal roadmap. It takes roughly 30–45 minutes and can also be conducted online on request.
Which documents should I bring with me?
All relevant contracts, court correspondence, notifications, a copy of your ID and any previous case numbers help make the meeting productive. In case of uncertainty, we will guide you before the meeting.
Can advice be obtained from another city or from abroad?
Yes. Cases tracked through UYAP can be handled regardless of physical distance. For clients abroad, the entire process can be completed remotely with a power of attorney issued at a consulate.
