Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), and processing being mandatory for legitimate interests provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (Art. 5/2-f).
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights: to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request rectification if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request erasure or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK, to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to object to any adverse outcome arising from the exclusively automated analysis of the processed data, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.
